RETURNS
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item with a valid reason for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your items need to have a proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will notify you within 48 hours on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of thechictraveller.com.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
